Hugglow offers a hassle-free return policy within 30 days receipt of shipment for all purchases. Items must be returned in a good condition. To start a return, you can contact us at returns@hugglow.com . Upon receiving return request, a RMA will be issued. Please put the RMA & previous invoice inside the package and mail the items back per address on the RMA information. Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Buyers are entitled to request a product replacement for defective or damaged goods within 30 days of receiving items. 

Refunds are processed within 2 business days, however depending on your payment processing companies, it may take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
